He called his program "The Night Train" and earned his nickname by frequently blowing a train whistle. In the 1970s, Ginsburg hosted Saturday-night oldies shows on WBZ and WMEX. He was inducted into the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall Of Fame in 2008.
